Synopsis
During April 1994, on a quiet road in Kigali, a group of Neighbours were Filmed. This was the beginning of the Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda.
Even though almost one million People were Slaughtered, there is only one known segment of Footage showing any actual Killing, by Cameraman – Nick Hughes.
